About me
I am a Social Worker, Psychotherapist, and Behaviour Support Practitioner with over 15 years of experience supporting people across disability, mental health, trauma, domestic and family violence, and complex care settings. Using a trauma-informed and person-centred approach, I work alongside individuals and families to strengthen wellbeing, build resilience, navigate services, and achieve meaningful outcomes. I am passionate about empowering people to find their voice, increase their confidence, and access the support they need to live safe, fulfilling, and connected lives.
